SteamPunk Goggles
In spring of 2012, I decided to take a design and CNC class. I usually would have made something practical and I thought long about what I wanted to make. My brother, Charles, was leaving that month to go to Shanghai for work, so I decided that I would make him something.
Charles is a very caring and thoughtful brother. His nose is often buried inside of a book. His days are spent somewhere between reality and a dreamland. I wanted to create something for him that would capture his love for fantasy novels, his appreciation for technology, and something that he could have that would show off a little bit of his quirky character.
